Admission Information
             Applicants who have earned an undergraduate degree from a recognized institution may apply to the Graduate School (a Master degree holder or a bachelor degree holder with outstanding GPA for doctoral degree admission) if their academic records and personal attributes indicate the ability to pursue advanced study successfully.

             Applications canbe submitted for consideration at any time during the year. The majority of programs commence in June, at the beginning of the first semester.              The University academic year is devided into two 18-week semesters, and, for some courses, an eight-week summer session.              First semester - June to mid-October              Second semester - November to mid-March              Summer session - mid-March to mid-May

             All international programs are taught in English language and require that students must have a minimum ability in English language of TOEFL score of a least 500 ( paper-based) 173 ( computer-based) 61 (internet-based) or an IELTS with a score of band 5.5 or CMU-TEGS or CMU-eTEGS conducted by the language Institute, Chiang Mai University with the score of at least 65%, or an equivalent internationally recognised English language test. International students are admitted to international programs on the basis of satisfying the minimum standards for English language ability and the required academic qualification for each program.

Application Information
             Application Documents; you must submit all of the following application documentation:              1) Two completed application forms (apply at http://mis.grad.cmu.ac.th/graduate/default_eng.html or download from http://www.grad.cmu.ac.th/grad/Downloads/G10LIV2M.doc)
              2) Two copies of an officially certified transcripts in English
              3) Two copies of each degree and-or certificate obtained (with English translation)
             4) Three letters of recommendation (these are to be sent direct from each referee)
             5) An official score report for IELTS, TOEFL, CMU-eTEGS or CMU-TEGS or an equivalent English test, valid at the time of application
             6) Two 2.5 cm. full-face photographs, less than six months old
             7) A copy of your passport (information and visa page only)
             8) The application fee of Baht 900 (non-refundable)
