Application for Double Degree Master Program (DDMP) under
Participatory and Integrative Support for Agricultural Initiative (PISAI) Project

To apply for a DDMP under PISAI project, you will need to register on-line to create an account and fill out the applicant information. Please remember your username and password for the next step and to revisit the application page.

The Application Process

Step 1 – create a PISAI account with a valid E-mail Address

Your E-mail Address will be used as your username, which cannot be changed after this process. A verified E-mail will be sent to the provided E-mail Address. Please check your E-mail to complete the account registration.
Step 2 – fill in the form on line;
Step 3 – upload all the required documents;
Step 4 – Confirm your final submission before the deadline, June 15, 2019.

Please note:
  • The completed application file must be submitted online only.
  • You will use this PISAI account anytime that you want to complete and finish your DDMP online application before deadline.
  • Please be aware that you will not be able to modify your application after the final submission.
  • Incomplete applications will not be taken into consideration.

Application Requirements

  1. A filled in PISAI Project application form (online);
  2. Copy of official academic transcript for your Bachelor’s degree, If not in English, provide a certified translation of the diploma.
    If you are a 1st or 2nd year Master’s degree student, please provide the academic transcripts of your Bachelor’s degree and the first two years of the Master’s degree program;
  3. Curriculum-vitae including achievements, awards, etc.;
  4. English proficiency results (TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS, PSU-TEP, CMU-eTEGS, KU-EPT, KKU KEPT, CU-TEP, TU-GET).
    In case of no English proficiency results before the deadline, June 15, 2019, each applicant must:
    • Record two minute video clips relating to sustainable agriculture in English;
    • Upload the video clip before the online application system is closed;
    • Please be aware that you will need to show your English proficiency results on the interview date.
  5. Motivation letter explaining your interests and your intention to study on sustainable agriculture;
  6. Identify your home university and the two host university in Thailand.
  7. Applicants must meet all of the requirements as indicated in the curriculum of your home university.
  8. Copy of passport/ID;
  9. Photo (2x2 inches);

Important information
  1. Please upload the required documents in a single PDF format and cannot be bigger than 5 MB.
  2. You are advised to name each attached file in English only and should be given as your first name first followed by underscore and type of documents, respectively (for example: Terdpong_ID, Terdpong_Photo, Terdpong_Trancript, Terdpong_English_result, Terdpong_CV, Terdpong_Motivation_letter).
  3. Applicants who do not have the English test score at the time of application, please be aware that you will need to upload the video clip before the on-line application system is closed, June 15, 2019, and show English test results on the interview date.
  4. Applicants who have not completed upload whether the English test results or a video clip will NOT be considered.
  5. Applications will be considered based on the completed final submission before the deadline, June 15, 2019. Late applications will NOT be considered.
