1. Registration

    All participants must   REGISTER

    Registration is completed after payments. Details about registration fees and payment process are listed PAYMENT METHOD

    An abstract can be submitted after registration completion.

2. Abstract submission

    Deadline for abstract (oral presentation)

     submission: December 31, 2024

    Deadline for abstract (poster presentation)

     submission: December 31, 2024

            An abstract should not exceed 200 words. Participants can submit an abstract ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

            Approved submission will be notified via email.

 

3. Proceeding submission  

Participant can submit proceeding now until : Deadline for full paper (oral presentation) submission: December 31, 2024.

proceeding must be submitted in the following format in 2 file types: .doc or .docx and .pdf files. Saving the files beginning with your abstract submission code* followed by First author's first name, e.g. if your abstract submission code* is P123 and the first author's first name is John, the abstract files will be named P123John.docx and P123John.pdf

*Abstract submission code:

• P for poster presentation
• O for oral presentation

4. Poster submission 

    Poster must be the size of 90 x 120 cm or 36 x 48 in.
